Set in stunning countryside close to Ronda (approximately 1 hour drive from Marbella and Málaga) this 26 hectare working farm produces a wide variety of grapes including Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, Chardonnay, Muscat and more. There are approved licences in place to build a 2,600m2 house/hotel/visitor centre. In 2006 2.4 hectares Cabernet Sauvignon clon r5 Toscana y patrón 110 Ritcher, 1.9 hectares Tempranillo clon Morales de Toro y patrón 140 Ruggeri, 1.55 hectares Petit Verdot clon 400 y patrón 1103 Paulsen, 1.57 hectares Syrah clon ISV Rauscedo R-1 y patrón 1103 Paulsen & 0.85 hectares Cabernet Franc clon CL-210 y patrón 140 Ruggeri were planted. In 2007 4 additional hecatres were planted. The site includes olive groves, pasture land, storage buildings and all the equipment required to grow the grapes and produce the wine. The plot occupies the site of a Roman villa and vineyard, which adds to the potential of making this both a working farm and possible tourist attraction.





1 hectare gives normally 5´000 to 6´000 bottles of quality wine. Depending on quality of the wine and degree of brand awarness winegrowers get between 3 and 10 € per bottle. To plant 1 hectare costs between 20´000€ and 30´000€ including the first 2-3 years of maintenance. Until all the licenses are in place to produce and sell wine 2 years can be needed easily.
